Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information.
How to track:
- Check your email for the shipping confirmation from TrailPaws.
- Click the tracking link or copy the tracking number.
- Visit the carrier's website to see real-time delivery updates.
Common carriers:
Don't have a tracking number yet? Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. If it's been longer than 5 business days and you haven't received tracking info, contact us and we'll look into it.
Package says delivered but you didn't receive it? Check with neighbors, your building office, or any safe spots where carriers leave packages. If you still can't find it, reach out to us.
