How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing. We use tracked shipping so you can follow your package.

Do you ship internationally?
We primarily ship to the US. International shipping may be available for select items.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use it on the carrier's website to check status.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Can I return a used product?
For hygiene and pet-safety reasons, used pet products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
